With Flight location options in the Hunter Valley, Camden, Mudgee and Byron Bay for large groups and small, and offering over a dozen balloons with a capacity of over 100 people per morning, this is the ultimate way to inspire your staff and indulge your company clients.
Choose a relaxing sunrise ballooning adventure for your group or include some team building exercises – like flight planning, navigation or target flying competitions – for a great team bonding morning.
Balloon Aloft Corporate Ballooning Flights are available for groups from 6 to 150 passengers with exclusive and non-exclusive group options available. A typical morning would begin around 60 -120 minutes before the time of sunrise and last around 4 hours from arrival to departure.

Sample Itinerary
Arrival –
Approximately one to two hours before sunrise on the morning of your flight, we will pick up your team from their local accommodation and transfer them to our meeting location. Alternatively, your group can meet our team at the designated Flight Meeting Location. At the meeting location they can enjoy a tea or coffee while listening to their pre-flight safety briefing. This is a good opportunity to get to know the pilot and crew and ask them any questions they may have.
Launch Site –
The Balloon Aloft Team will transfer your group to the launch site where they are welcome to stand back and take photos or join in as their balloon in inflated and made ready for flight.
Flight –
Your team will then climb aboard and ascend gently in to the sky to begin their ballooning adventure. After approximately one hour they will be greeted by our ground crew as they touch back down to earth and the balloon is packed away with lots of laughs.
Post Flight-
The excitement of the morning continues over a gourmet breakfast to celebrate their exhilarating morning.
