Terms & Conditions
- Gift Voucher are non-refundable. With this ticket option, in the event that the flight has to be cancelled due to unsuitable weather or other factor, you will be able to reschedule anytime within the 36 month validity of the ticket, but refunds are not available with this ticket type.
- Tickets can be transferred to any of our other Balloon Aloft flight location without charge upon request.
