- Christmas Vouchers are non-refundable, however a 14 day cooling off period from date of purchase applies to this voucher.
- With this Voucher option, in the event that the recipient’s scheduled flight has to be canceled due to unsuitable weather, or any other factor, the recipient will be able to reschedule anytime within the 12 month validity of the voucher, but refunds are not available with this voucher type.
- This voucher can be transferred to any of our other Balloon Aloft flight locations upon request, without charge.
- In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, this gift voucher is being offered for a service at a genuine discount and therefore this voucher is only valid for 12 months and can only be redeemed for flights scheduled between 26th December 2023 and 25th December 2024.
