Peterson’s, conveniently located on the corner of Broke Road and Wine Country Drive in central Pokolbin, is the perfect location to begin and complete your ballooning adventure.
Each morning, directly following their flight, excited Balloon Aloft passengers sit down on the deck of Restaurant Cuvee to enjoy one of the most delicious breakfasts the Hunter Valley has to offer. With a selection of mouth-watering menu options, teamed with Peterson House sparkling wines and chocolates, the Balloon Aloft Balloonists’ Breakfast is the ideal way to complete your morning.
