The Ducks all started with some good mates travelling the world, cultivating ideas around a better, more sustainable approach to living. With a shared belief in good, ethical food – Three Blue Ducks was hatched.
At Three Blue Ducks, we’re passionate about what we do and we hope it shows in our product. We try our hardest to gather our ingredients from ethical and sustainable sources, working with honest suppliers we like, who have the best quality produce. Our aim is to serve real food from good, ethical sources, cooked well and served without pretension.
THREE BLUE DUCKS ‘REAL FOOD’ PHILOSOPHY
“Throughout our menu, we use fresh pasture-raised eggs, pasture-raised pork and 100% grass- fed beef. The Farm provides this produce where possible and everything else is sourced locally or from other parts of Australia. One hundred per cent of the fresh produce harvested from the Market Garden (just a few hundred metres away of the restaurant) is consumed in Three Blue Ducks or sold in The Produce Store. That’s zero food miles! That also means that the produce we use is packed with nutrients and free from chemicals. It’s what we call ‘real food’.”
