What do I need to know before booking?
- Hot Air Ballooning is a weather dependent activity
- This ticket type is refundable, but a fee will apply to cancellations made by you before your first scheduled flight date.
- Should your flight be cancelled due to unsuitable weather, you will be able to reschedule for up to 12 months or request a full refund.
- Your booking cannot be altered or cancelled within 72 hours of your flight.
- A $100 surcharge applies to bookings on Valentine’s Day
