- Flight Vouchers are non-refundable. With this ticket option, in the event that a scheduled flight is cancelled by unsuitable weather, the voucher holder will be able to reschedule anytime within the 36-month validity. Tickets are non-refundable including in the event of weather or pilot determined cancellation, passenger cancellation or change of mind.
- Flexi Tickets are refundable. With this ticket option, in the event that a scheduled flight is cancelled by unsuitable weather, the voucher holder will be able to reschedule anytime within the 36-month validity of the ticket or request a 100% refund. Refund requests prior to scheduled flight date are subject to the Balloon Aloft cancellation policy and may incur Administration fees
- All bookings are subject to the Balloon Aloft cancellation policy – failure to arrive for your flight or cancellation within 72 hours of your scheduled flight time will result in the cancellation of your ticket. No rescheduling and refunds will be allowed.
