Passengers are asked to arrive at the meeting point at the time specified in their booking confirmation, prior to the crew departure for the launch site.

Balloon Aloft Byron Bay flights meet at The Farm Byron Bay in Ewingsdale, before transferring to one of our dedicated launch sites. Because our launch location depends on wind conditions, we do not fly from the same spot every day. Our pilots will select the best launch site for the day’s conditions to ensure you have the best flight experience.

If weather conditions are not suitable to conduct a safe flight, we will cancel your balloon flight. If this happens, we will contact you with an update and provide an option to rebook. Our baskets are divided into individual passenger compartments so everyone has a great view.
