- This ticket type is non-refundable.
- Should your flight be cancelled due to unsuitable weather, you will be able to reschedule for up to 36 months, however you will not be able to request a refund for this ticket option. If you require a refundable ticket option, please take a look at our Flexi Ticket.
- Your booking cannot be altered or cancelled within 72 hours of your flight.

Our Flexi Tickets option is perfect for those visiting the region for a short period of time. With all the inclusions of a Flight Tickets and the added peace of mind that in the event your flight is cancelled by unsuitable weather, your ticket price can be refunded to you upon request. Your ticket can also be refunded prior to your flight date (subject to our cancellation policy) less a small administration fee.The Flexi Ticket option is recommended for those visiting from interstate or overseas, who only have a short period of time to use their ticket.
