THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
- Any Location Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months and are non-refundable (outside of the cooling off period).
- A cooling off period of 14 days from the purchase date applies to open-dated gift vouchers so, if this gift does not suit the recipient, you can request the cancellation of the gift voucher and receive a full refund within this cooling off period. After this 14 day cooling off period has passed, you will be unable to cancel this Gift Voucher and the Gift Voucher becomes fully Non-refundable. Cooling off period does not apply to Gift Vouchers that have been redeemed for a flight date.
- Ballooning may not be suitable for people with significant knee, hip or back problems, or people with injuries or mobility limitations that prevent them from standing for one hour or from absorbing the impact of landing. Please contact our team to discuss if your are unsure. An Accessible balloon basket with door is available in the Hunter Valley location only.
- Ballooning is not suitable for pregnant people.
- The person named on each voucher is the owner of that voucher. The voucher owner can request transfer of ownership of their own voucher only, in writing at any point in the voucher validity period.

CHILDREN (7 - 12 years)
Please note children must be 7 years or older, and taller than 120cm to be able to fly. A weight limit of 60kg applies to children’s tickets.
