- Hot Air Ballooning is a weather dependent activity
- Should your flight be cancelled by us due to unsuitable weather or other safety or operational reasons, you will be able to reschedule or request a full refund for up to 36 months from the date on which you made your original booking cannot be altered or cancelled within 72 hours of your flight.

- This activity is not suitable for pregnant people
- This balloon basket does not have a door. You will need to be able to climb aboard the basket using foot holds cut in to the side of the basket in order to participate in this adventure activity.

I recommend you take a warm jumper and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty. There’s a little bit of labour involved helping with the balloon, so dress accordingly.

The view was breathtaking, the crew was incredibly helpful and pleasant, and the balloon ride itself was unforgettable. My parents were blown away by the sunrise from the balloon and the entire hot air balloon experience.
