THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
- Hot Air Ballooning is a weather dependent activity and your flight may need to be cancelled for safety reasons if the weather forecast is unsuitable for safe flight.
- In the event of a weather cancellation, the Flexi Ticket can be rescheduled to another date OR refunded in full upon request.
- An admin fee may apply to any cancellations made by you before your first scheduled flight date
- Cancellation or rescheduling of your flight within 72 hours of your scheduled flight time is not permitted.
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant people
- The balloon basket does not have a door. You will need to be able to climb aboard the basket using foot holds cut into the side of the basket in order to participate in this adventure activity.
- If you or a member of your party is unable to stand for 1 hour or climb aboard the basket please take a look at the Balloon Aloft Hunter Valley Accessible Flight option instead.
- You will need to be at the nominated pick-up point for your transfer 10 minutes prior to the appointed pick-up time as the Transfer Driver is not able to wait and you will miss your flight if you are late.
