- Should your flight be cancelled by us due to unsuitable weather or other safety or operational reasons, you will be able to RESCHEDULE for up to 36 months.

- This balloon basket does not have a door. You will need to be able to climb aboard the basket using foot holds cut in to the side of the basket in order to participate in this adventure activity.
