- Should your flight be cancelled by us due to unsuitable weather or other safety or operational reasons, you will be able to reschedule or request a full refund for up to 36 months from the date on which you made your original booking cannot be altered or cancelled within 72 hours of your flight.

- This activity is not suitable for pregnant people
- This balloon basket does not have a door. You will need to be able to climb aboard the basket using foot holds cut in to the side of the basket in order to participate in this adventure activity.
