All tickets are valid for 36 months and fully transferable to our other flight locations. After a great value option that allows you plenty of time to rebook your flight in the event that the weather is not suitable on your flight date, or a flexible option with the peace of mind that you can receive a full refund if your flight is cancelled,we have a ticketing option to suit everyone.

Things to know before you book your Byron Bay Balloon Ride
- The Byron Bay Flight Ticket is non-refundable
- Every hot air balloon flight is weather dependent.
- Should your flight need to be cancelled for weather safety, you can reschedule your flight up to 36 months from your first flight date, but this particular ticket is not refundable under any circumstances.
- You cannot change, reschedule or cancel your booking within 72 hours prior to launch.
- If you would like the flexibility of a refundable ticket, please consider our Flexi Ticket.

What to expect on your Byron Bay Balloon Adventure
One of our most popular hot air ballooning experiences. It will be easy to see why when you arrive at our meeting location at The Farm Byron Bay.
You will be warmly greeted by our professional Flight Team and shown through the Flight Briefing before climbing aboard one of our comfortable mini buses to head out to the morning’s Launch Site. Once we arrive at the launch site, watch as the colourful balloons begin to inflate. Once your aircraft is fully inflated and ready for flight with everyone safely in the basket, your balloon will gracefully rise off the ground, and your flight is underway.
Byron Bay’s incredible beauty unfolds before you. Share in this incredible ballooning adventure with fellow enthusiasts, drifting gently over the Byron Bay region and surrounds before descending to land, where we will pack away the balloon and then return to enjoy a delicious breakfast at Three Blue Ducks Restaurant at The Farm Byron Bay.
If the weather is not on your side, don’t worry. You can rebook a new date any time in the following 36 months. However, just remember this Byron Bay Flight Ticket is not refundable.
